What alternatives should I consider to a used Seat Arona hatchback?

The Volkswagen T-Roc may not have the interior finish you expect of a Volkswagen, but it drives nicely, rides really well and has a spacious interior.

The Toyota C-HR looks a little odd on the outside, but it’s very sensible otherwise. You can even get a hybrid version that manages pretty decent fuel economy.

If you fancy something a bit cheaper, there are plenty of used examples of the Skoda Yeti on the market. You’ll have lots of choice regarding engine options, and there’s even a four-wheel-drive version, should you need to do some light off-roading.
