Which used Volkswagen Touran MPV should I buy?
The basic Touran S might get a DAB radio and air-conditioning but misses out on alloy wheels and some of the extra in-car storage you get with SE. The latter also brings with it front and rear parking sensors and automatic lights and wipers.
VW also offers the Touran in SE Family trim, which adds to SE with sat-nav, three-zone climate control and a panoramic roof. From here, the range jumps to R Design with its sportier styling and sports suspension, or SEL with its larger alloys and adaptive cruise control.
It’s also worth bearing in mind that the 1.4 petrol and most powerful diesel engine are restricted to higher trim levels only, but our favourite 1.6 TDI is available in the best value SE specification.
