* Mini seeks 20 more 'pioneers' * to run an electric Mini for six months * You'll need 330 a month to take part...

Mini is looking for another 20 drivers to run one of its electric cars in a six-month trial.
The trial will start in September and owner-testers will have to pay 330 a month for the car.
Mini E trial criteria
Along with the 330 monthly charge, testers must live in Andover, Basingstoke, Bracknell, Maidenhead, Newbury, Oxford, Reading, Slough, or West London.
Volunteers will also need a private garage, car port or driveway with space for a high-power charging system to be installed.
This can fully charge the Mini E's lithium-ion battery in 4.5 hours, whereas it takes 10 hours to charge through a domestic socket.
If you'd like to be one of the next electric Mini drivers, fill out the online application at Mini's website www.electricmini.co.uk
How fast? How far?
The Mini E is a nippy electric car: it can travel from 0-62mph in 8.5 seconds and has a top speed of 95mph. Maximum range is a respectable 155 miles.
