How good is your car dealer? What Car? group editor Steve Fowler hasn't been impressed with his car-buying experiences.
'Maybe I'm a magnet for bad service, but my poor experiences outnumber my good ones by about three to one.
'I'm still waiting for a call back from my local Nissan dealer several days after I contacted them,' said Steve.
There are plenty of good dealers who will bend over backwards to help, but how can you tell whether you're walking into a good dealership or a bad one?
Car makers are certainly putting an increasing emphasis on service they all want Lexus's coveted JD Power customer satisfaction top spot but is that filtering though to the showroom floor?
