Our cars: Audi A3 Sportback video update

The Audi A3 Sportback started 2013 by picking up the What Car? Car of the Year title.
To put it to a further and more intensive test, we have now taken delivery of a bright red Audi A3 Sportback, complete with the same 120bhp 1.4-litre petrol engine and manual gearbox that was in the award-winning car.
However, editor John McIlroy has chosen to take a closer look at a few of the Audi's extras. He has chosen to go for Sport specification, which brings climate control, a sports steering wheel, funkier seats and 17-inch alloy wheels as standard. However, he didn't want to compromise on ride quality, so he deselected the sports suspension a no-cost option, and one he is already glad he chose.
