24 March 2020 – Take a seat, Peugeot
As I've mentioned before, I often travel hundreds of miles to get to various locations for our multi-car photoshoots. That means a lot of sitting down, which can often lead to sore joints and muscles. Thankfully, my Peugeot 508 SW has comfortable and supportive seats with plenty of electric adjustment to find a suitable position.
One feature that I've always been keen to spec on my cars is heated seats, because they really do brighten up a cold, wintery commute. They can be turned on using one of the touch-sensitive buttons in the centre console so there's no need go through the fiddling infotainment screen, either.

Another gimmick that I added to my car was massage seats. They're a bit unnecessary and not even particularly good, but I always find myself turning them on, just because they're there. The main problem is not only are they not very powerful, but they make a loud whirring noise as the mechanicals inside the backrest move.
They turn themselves off after about 10 minutes, but being honest I rarely notice because I can barely feel their effects anyway. Still, it's a nice little treat when you're sat stationary on the M25.
