Toyota to launch seven-seat Prius
* Seven-seat Prius+ at Geneva show * Looks similar to Prius V from Detroit show * Yaris hybrid and FT-86 II concept car too...
Toyota will unveil a seven-seat Prius at the Geneva motor show next month.
It will be called the Prius+ and is said to look similar to the five-seat Prius V shown at the Detroit motor show in January.
The Prius+ will be on sale by next year.
Toyota has plans to add 11 models to its Prius range over the next two years. Two were shown at Detroit - the Prius V and the Prius C. The C is a rival to the likes of Honda's sporty hybrid, the CR-Z.
The Prius+ will share Toyota's Geneva stand with the FT-86 II concept car, which is a four-seat coupe jointly developed with Subaru, and a Yaris Hybrid Synergy Drive (HSD).
The Geneva motor show starts on March 1.
