Volvo has launched a Facebook competition where the winner will receive an S60 R-Design. Volvo says that it's the UK's largest ever single giveaway on the site.
The 'Greatest Drive' competition has been launched on the Inside Volvo Facebook site and asks users to vote for their favourite European driving experience. This is more than just the road you're on, Volvo says; it can be about the views you take in or the people you're with.
There are four competition phases:
1 Between June 9 and July 3 visitors to the Facebook page can submit their entries using Google Maps and explain why they think theirs is the best drive
2 Between July 4 and July 17 a shortlist of entries will be announced and these can be viewed, commented on, liked and shared.
3 Between July 18 and July 31 the three final entries will have a short film made about their journey, which will be posted on the site and the final round of voting will take place
4 On August 1 the most popular film will be announced. The winner receives a Volvo S60 R-Design.
