BMW i3

BMW i3

The i3 is a tempting electric car that offers premium zero-emissions transport and futuristic looks. You'll just have to live with its impractical rear door arrangement. BMW has again upgraded the i3's battery pack to offer 34 miles of extra range, meaning it can now travel for up to 193 miles between charges. The sporty i3s, meanwhile, can do up to 177 miles. Both of those figures have been tested under the stricter new WLTP regulations, too, so should be more representative of what's actually achievable in reality.
