Back to school for BMW

BMW dealers are taking part in award-winning training programmes aimed at improving customer service.

advertisment

In the UK, 148 dealerships and 4912 employees have taken part in the scheme, with another 1400 due to be trained this year.

Using a web-based training-tool 'Welcome to the BMW car dealership', the course is designed to improve customer service in both sales and aftersales departments. It has been developed by BMW's in-house training academy.

BMW says this kind of training will help it differentiate itself from other premium car manufacturers.
