There aren’t many posh small cars out there, so the Audi A1 is a rather unique offering. Indeed, it’s priced at a premium over more mainstream rivals, but for that extra money, you get a fantastic driving experience and upmarket interior.
If you like the sound of that, then you might be pleased to know that you can put a new A1 on your driveway from just £229 per month with our leasing deals.
To do that, you’ll need to opt for a 36-month contract with an annual mileage limit of 5000 miles, and an initial payment of £2739. The annual 5000 mile restriction isn’t a huge allowance, so you’ll have to be careful to avoid excess mileage charges.
If you regularly cover more miles, you could opt for a more common 36-month, 10,000-mile agreement with six months initial rental (£1791.48), which will cost £298.58 per month.

You can have your A1 with one of three petrol engines. Our Deal of the Day comes with the entry-level 1.0-litre 25 TFSI. Its 94bhp output might sound a bit weedy, but it should be enough punch for everyday driving.
Where the A1 really stands out is with its smooth, agile ride. It’s one of the more fun options in its class, thanks to its responsive steering and stiff sports suspension that comes with our Deal of the Day’s Black Edition trim. However, if you’re looking for the most entertaining small car on the market, it’s worth looking at the Seat Ibiza.
What’s more, you shouldn’t have any issues getting comfortable in the A1, because there’s plenty of adjustment in the driver’s seat and steering wheel, including adjustable lumbar support and sports seats on higher trims.
Inside, our Deal of the Day comes with the A1’s larger 10.1in infotainment touchscreen, which comes with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a sat-nav, DAB radio and Bluetooth. There are plenty of physical knobs and switches for the most important functions like air con.
The A1 is one of the best in the small car class for front passenger space and, while taller rear passengers might find it a little cramped in the back, there’s still more space than in a Mini Cooper three-door.
