Deal of the Day: Lease a Peugeot 3008 from £229 per month
The Peugeot 2008 has trendy coupé looks and impressive practicality – and you could lease one for a keen price with our deals...

Family SUVs are like the bread and butter of the automotive industry right now, but if you want something that will stand out more on the road, it’s worth taking a look at the Peugeot 3008.
Indeed, the 3008 combines all the practicality of a traditional family SUV with a sleek, coupé-style roofline for a sportier “fastback” look. And if you like the sound of that, then you might be pleased to know that you can put a new 3008 on your driveway from just £229 per month with our leasing deals.
To do that, you’ll need to opt for a 36-month contract with an annual mileage limit of 5000 miles, and an initial payment of £2744.88. The annual 5000 mile restriction isn’t a huge allowance, so you’ll have to be careful to avoid excess mileage charges.
If you regularly cover more miles, you could opt for a more common 36-month, 10,000-mile agreement with six months initial rental (£1726.92), which will cost £287.82 per month.

All versions of the Peugeot 3008 come electrified in some form, with mild hybrid, plug-in hybrid and fully electric options (the latter in the form of the Peugeot e-3008). Our Deal of the Day is the mild hybrid version, combining a 1.2-litre petrol engine with a small electric motor for a total output of 143bhp. It comes matched to a six-speed automatic gearbox.
The 3008 features a regenerative braking system that feeds energy back to the small hybrid battery when you lift off the accelerator. It’s strong enough to give the battery some extra juice quite quickly, but there are smoother regen systems out there.

While the 3008’s setup is quite firm, it’s still well controlled, and it’s much more comfortable over potholes than its all-electric counterpart. It feels right at home around town thanks to its light steering, but it’s rather lacking when it comes to driver involvement. If you want something really fun, it’s worth looking at the Cupra Formentor.
Inside, the 3008 gets a single 21in curved display comprising the driver instruments screen and infotainment touchscreen across the top of the dashboard. It benefits from crisp graphics, and it’s easy to reach on the move – though the complicated submenus take some getting used to.
Wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay are included, as well as a wireless smartphone charger and a built-in sat-nav.
The 3008 offers plenty of space up front for both occupants and storage, large central cubby and big door bins. Tall rear passengers might find that their headroom is slightly compromised due to the sloping roofline, but it’s still more than what you get in an Audi Q3 Sportback.
With 588 litres of boot space, the 3008 is more generous than most rivals, including the Formentor and Toyota C-HR. And practicality is boosted even more with the 40/20/40 split-folding rear seatbacks.
Our Deal of the Day comes kitted out in entry-level Allure trim, which comes generously equipped with 19in wheels, LED headlights, keyless entry, dual-zone climate control, rear privacy glass and ambient lighting.
