New Skoda Karoq vs used Audi Q3: verdict

If you're buying new, the Skoda Karoq is the best family SUV you can have for around £26,000, but is a used Audi Q3 for the same money an even better option?
New Skoda Karoq vs used Audi Q3

Our verdict

Despite its strong performance, sharp driving experience and praiseworthy practicality, we ended our time with the used Audi Q3 with some surprises on our hands. Certain areas where you might assume it would wipe the floor with its entry-level rival, such as interior quality and equipment levels, have instead run rather close.

However, in all fairness to the Q3, that also speaks to the Karoq's immense capabilities. It's spacious, more comfortable and affordable to run than the Q3; and even in the cheapest trim level, it comes with a good list of equipment, including a great infotainment system. It's a new Karoq for the win here.
