Dear What Car?,

Having recently retired, my annual mileage has now decreased to a point where I want to try an electric car. I mainly drive in and around my home town, but occasionally my wife and I do longer trips to visit my extended family in Scotland. I have around £26,000 to spend. I'd like the car to be comfortable but also have a decent range. I can charge the car at my house, too, so that's no problem.
