Dear What Car?,
My wife and I are looking for a new car to replace our family hatchback, and while we appreciate having more space we don't want an SUV. Instead, I've always liked the sleek shape of a saloon, so that's what I'm hunting for. I drive a lot for work, around 20,000 miles per year, so I'll need a diesel engine, and preferably an automatic gearbox too. I'd also like to drive something with a premium badge, which I haven't been able to do before. My budget is around £32,000.
