Price premium and our verdict

With a starting price of nearly 44,000, the A7 isnt cheap, but its not expensive either. Its better equipped than rivals and lives up to its premium product tag, feeling more like a scaled-down A8 than a scaled-up A5.

Perhaps the best news, though, is that the A7 previews the technology that will be available for much less cash on next years new A6 thats another new Audi that will give BMW a run for its money.
