We’re yet to receive any firm UK pricing for the Alpine A110, but we know that the sold-out Première Edition is noticeably more expensive than the entry-level Porsche Cayman based on European pricing. However, the Alpine fights back with higher performance and more standard equipment.
That kit list includes an automatic gearbox, climate control, leather upholstery and lightweight sports seats. In time a cheaper, pared-back version dubbed ‘Pure’ and an even more luxurious version, named ‘Legende’ will be introduced.
While the A110 may not be particularly cheap to buy, it should be affordable to run. Its small engine and light weight mean carbon emissions of just 138g/km and official combined fuel economy of 46.3mpg. Both of these beat the Cayman 2.0 and Jaguar F-Type 2.0-litre by a significant margin.
