Family SUVs are like the bread and butter of the car industry at the moment, and with such a wide range of options to choose from, it can be difficult to know what should be at the top of your list. The Volvo XC60 is a solid contender though, with an elegant interior and heaps of standard kit – so it’s worth noting that you could put one on your driveway for a keen price with our deals.
Indeed, you could lease an XC60 from just £414 per month when you opt for a 24-month contract with an annual mileage limit of 5000 miles, and an initial payment of £4965. The annual 5000 mile restriction isn’t a huge allowance, so you’ll have to be careful to avoid excess mileage charges.
If you regularly cover more miles, you could opt for a more common 36-month, 10,000-mile agreement with six months initial rental (£3437.70), which will cost £572.95 per month.

You can have your XC60 with either mild hybrid or plug-in hybrid power. Our Deal of the Day comes with the entry-level mild hybrid engine, dubbed B5. It produces 247bhp and can race from 0-60mph in a sprightly 7.8sec, even if the automatic gearbox can be a bit hesitant.
The XC60 is competent on the road, with well-controlled body lean and plenty of grip. That might be because all versions of the XC60 come with four-wheel drive as standard, so it shouldn’t be out of its depth in adverse weather conditions. There are other family SUVs that are slightly more fun to drive, like the BMW X3, but the XC60 is composed and pleasant on casual trips.
Where the XC60 really stands out is inside, where it gets one of the highest-quality interiors on the market. Wood and metal trims give the XC60 a premium feel, the seats have lots of electric adjustability as standard, and music fans will appreciate the punchy sound systems on every trim level.
Speaking of trims, you get plenty of kit no matter what you go for. Entry-level Core trim comes with cruise control, LED headlights, automatic lights and wipers, heated leather seats, sat-nav and wireless phone charging.
