Overtaking in a VW Eos

I want to buy a VW Eos, but I'd like excellent overtaking ability between 50-70mph. Should I go for the petrol or the diesel?

Although Volkswagen doesnt list official 30-70mph figures, weve worked out 50-62mph times using the figures supplied to other European markets.

50-62mph times
2.0 TDI 3.1 secs
2.0 FSI 3.2 secs
2.0 TSI 2.4 secs
3.0 V6 2.0 secs

Wed go for the 2.0 TSI. Its only slightly slower than the V6, but much less thirsty and up to 5650 cheaper to buy.
