2019 Porsche 718 Boxster T verdict

With an even keener focus on driving pleasure and a selection of usually optional performance parts, is the Porsche 718 Boxster T the pick of the range?...

If you were already considering optioning a Boxster with a range of performance upgrades, such as the limited-slip differential and lowered suspension, spending the £7200 premium for the T is certainly worth thinking about.

For a start, if you were to tick every box to spec your standard Boxster identically, there’s a saving to be had of around 10%. It’s not markedly different to drive than a regular Boxster with the same options applied, and the T's coloured interior trim, 20in wheels and exclusive badging definitely give it added kudos.
