City unveils fake speed bumps
* 3-D decals placed on road * Part of 'Drive CarePhilly' programme * Fears they will cause drivers to swerve...

The 3D decals are being applied to roads across the US city of Philadelphia to try to make drivers think there's an obstacle in the road and slow down.
The programme is being dubbed 'Drive CarePhilly' by city officials, although concerns have been raised that drivers may swerve to avoid the obstacle, or simply learn that the shapes are 3D drawings and continue to speed.
