Deal of the Day: Lease a Skoda Karoq from £262 per month
The Skoda Karoq is one of the best small SUVs on the market, and you could lease one for a keen price with our deals...

If you’re in the market for a small SUV, then let us introduce to you the Skoda Karoq. It sits in the middle of Skoda’s SUV lineup, and for us, it’s one of the best cars of its class.
Indeed, not only is the Karoq good to drive, it’s also exceedingly spacious inside and has a fantastic interior. So, if that all sounds good to you, then you might be pleased to know that you can put a new one on your driveway from just £262 per month.
To do that, you’ll need to opt for a 36-month contract with an annual mileage limit of 5000 miles, and an initial payment of £3140.64. The annual 5000 mile restriction isn’t a huge allowance, so you’ll have to be careful to avoid excess mileage charges.
If you regularly cover more miles, you could opt for a more common 36-month, 10,000-mile agreement with six months initial rental (£1941.78), which will cost £323.63 per month.

You can have your Karoq with either petrol or diesel power, but our Deal of the Day comes with the mid-level 1.5-litre petrol engine, dubbed TSI 150, which pumps out 148bhp. It’s our preferred option thanks to its responsiveness and punch at low revs.
The Karoq is a class leader in comfort, outstaging rivals like the Seat Ateca and Peugeot 3008 when it comes to taking the sting out of potholes and bumps on the road. Our Deal of the Day comes equipped with top-spec Sportline Edition trim which adds Dynamic Chassis Control (DCC), allowing you to stiffen or soften the suspension as you change modes. In Comfort mode, the Karoq feels even more cushioned and keeps its body lean well under control.

You shouldn’t have any issues getting comfortable in the driver’s seat of the Karoq either, because all versions have front seat height and lumbar adjustment, and the steering wheel is fully adjustable too. While you don’t sit quite as high up as in a Range Rover, for example, the Karoq’s driving position is reasonably lofty and gives you a good view of the road ahead.
Upper trim levels like Sportline Edition include a 9.2in central infotainment touchscreen – as opposed to 8.0in in entry-level models – alongside a 10.25in driver’s display which is customisable to your preferences. A host of features including sat-nav, DAB radio, Bluetooth and wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay come as standard. On top of that, everything feels well screwed together and is finished with plush-looking materials.
There’s plenty of space both up front and in the back of the Karoq for the whole family to get comfortable – though the standard panoramic sunroof on Sportline Edition models does compromise headroom slightly. The rear doors open nice and wide so fitting child seats should be a breeze. With 521 litres of boot space on offer, we managed to squeeze nine carry-on suitcases inside.
Top-spec Sportline Edition trim comes with all the features we’ve already mentioned, as well as 19in wheels, heated sports front seats, matrix LED headlights, an electrically-operated boot lid and bespoke styling. You also get adaptive cruise control, a heated steering wheel, heated windscreen washers, keyless entry and start, privacy glass and dual-zone climate control.
