Trim level

X-Plore
This mid-range trim adds 15in alloy wheels, front foglights, climate control, automatic lights, a reversing camera and sat-nav. It's worth looking at if you value your luxuries, but we reckon there's better value in X-Play.
X-Cite
Available only in a bi-tone Red Pop paint with a black roof, this trim gets you climate control (rather than manual air-con), automatic lights, 15in alloy wheels and rear parking sensors. It's fairly pricey, though.
X-Clusiv
This range-topping trim gets you some serious luxuries (by city car standards), including keyless entry and start, leather seats, climate control and 15in alloy wheels. There are far better cars available at this price, though.
X-Press
Limited-edition trim gets you climate control (rather than manual air-con), automatic lights, 15in alloy wheels and rear parking sensors, along with some styling changes. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are an option.
Our pick
X-Play
Our favourite X-Play trim adds a leather-wrapped multi-function steering wheel and gearlever, air-con, a rev counter, electrically adjustable door mirrors and a 7.0in touchscreen infotainment system.
X
Entry-level X models come with LED daytime running lights and electric front windows, but you don't even get air conditioning or electrically adjustable door mirrors. We'd spend a little more on X-Play trim.
